CARO Steakhouse Frenzy announces its first gastronomic dinner with a Michelin chef
Evgeny travels extensively and, thanks to his experience and broad knowledge, excels at combining different cuisines under one concept. At CARO Steakhouse, Vikentiev brings his own signature gastronomic set with wine pairing from the CARO team.
In charge of the kitchen on April 4th and 5th will be Evgeny Vikentiev — a talented chef from the Moscow project "Beluga" and the St. Petersburg bistro NAU, and the youngest recipient of a Michelin star in Russia for outstanding culinary achievements.
Guests will be offered a menu featuring an exquisite combination:

  • sea urchin with carrot and honey mousse to pair with Champagne, Louis Roederer Collection 243 Brut NV;

  • an unexpected presentation of squid with eggplant stuffing and sturgeon caviar paired with Champagne, Henriot, Blanc de Blancs, NV;

  • salmon caviar complemented by pineapple and lavender-infused oil.
  • special meat dish - aged beef interpreted in his own style, which will be served with mussels and Dubai's delicately flavored pine nuts;

  • slices of venison with lemongrass oil, white mushrooms, and foie gras;

  • cod marinated in elderflower.
  • Pavlova in Asian style with lemongrass and lime sorbet;

  • pear and white chocolate candies paired with Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, Domaine de Coyeux.
Guests will have an exclusive experience of combining Asian traditions with Europe's innovative approach.
